    Few firms manage to innovate systematically. Innovation-specific tools for developing country service exporters are scarce, so ITC developed its own "world-first" innovation - a publication on innovation, targeted to services exporters in developing economies.


    This overview tackles key themes such as cultural differences, change management, staff training and evaluation. It showcases "best practices" and highlights "lessons learned". Survey results highlight trends among services exporters in developing countries. Checklists and photos are designed to stimulate lateral thinking and underline innovation concepts for services exporting.
